Jay J is always the best. I told him my issue and he handled it expeditiously fast. Got me right in for an oil change and also let me know when the parts were going to be delivered. Hands down the best !

I genuinely love the customer service I usually receive at Gates. However, the day I received this service, I was somewhat underwhelmed. The wait time for an oil change was insane, I truly missed having an appointment slot. I arrived around 10:25 and didn’t leave until 1:10, almost 3 hours! You have this text messaged sent to you at the beginning of your service saying, if you have any questions or need anything, don’t hesitate to respond to the texted number. I did ask a question, and I never received a response. Needless to say, this visit was a little disappointing.

We were told that the oil change may take 1 to 1-1/2 hours, but it ended up taking 2 hours and 20 minutes. If we had been told ahead of time, we would have come back at a different time.

Amber was great, but I did have some issues. I called the day before my service appointment and spoke with the service consultant in which I told them. I have been having this ongoing issue with losing pressure in my front passenger tire. I asked that that be headed to the work order that they look at that and try and figure out what is going on… I don’t know if it was a stem problem, or rim problem or a tire problem. When I arrived to drop off my vehicle the next morning, there were no notes for documentation for my reques. Furthermore when I picked my car up that afternoon and I got to leave my rear passenger tire PSI was at 26. I drove at 1 mile to see if the psi would change and it did not so I went back to the dealership at that time. I heard a multitude of excuses, they found a nail they patched it. Maybe the tech forgot to refill it with air. I don’t think so. Is what I said. I asked that we check with the tire pressure actually is because maybe it’s just a computer problem from the tire sensor to the dash… I am in fact had 26 psi . They then had a service tech come out. He sprayed my tire looking for bubbles and there was nothing. I expressed again that there is something wrong with that tire and that you don’t spend $80,000 on a vehicle to be putting air in a tire weekly my husband was present with me and he asked if they had a tire bath… They told us yes we requested they put it in the tire bath to see if there were any leaks … low and behold there was a hole in my tire on the sidewall no less. A new tire has been ordered and I’m waiting for the phone call..

While the whole thing was faster than I expected, I still had to wait to be checked in. This made me miss the shuttle and have to wait almost an hour to get back home. And yes, there was 2 other service reps just playing on their computers while I waited

why schedule a time to sit there and wait an hour and a half for a simple oil change ? You make us sign a form to cover the warranty thus not allowing us to take are car to anywhere else which only takes less than 20 minutes and then the salesperson just shrugged her shoulders when ask about my frustration. Not a way to treat a repeated customer.
