    The oil change & repairs were all done in a timely manner. Employees were very attentive & courteous. Still have a rattling noise in cabin area but very hard to pinpoint. Very pleased with the repairs that were done.

    I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Gates kept me informed by text and let me know work was completed. My truck was finished within timeframe I was told, so all told, they did great!

    I traded in my 2026 Chevy Trax for a 2025 Chevy Equinox because the Trax had issues at very low mileage. Now with the Equinox, the OnStar system isn’t working. I went to the dealership and they tried everything they could, but nothing fixed the problem. They ordered a new module about a month ago, and I’m still waiting for it.

    I got an estimate for 4 tires . I’ve seen numerous ads and even had a coupon for buy 3 get 1free . After having the installation I was told the bill was nearly $300 more than the written estimate and the worker who did her very best to make me happy was scolded by her superior saying that it was wrong . Between myself and my children , who I recommended to buy a vehicle from you , this 4th vehicle could be the last I purchase . Very disappointed
