The wait time for an oil change was insane, I truly missed having an appointment slot. I arrived around 10:25 and didn’t leave until 1:10, almost 3 hours! You have this text messaged sent to you at the beginning of your service saying, if you have any questions or need anything, don’t hesitate to respond to the texted number. I did ask a question, and I never received a response. Needless to say, this visit was a little disappointing.Response from Gates Chevy World
